  Yoga bungalow has helped me immensely through closely supervized yoga classes to relieve my pain and increase overall strength and flexability. I especially enjoy Megans Mon and Wed classes at 430pm, very individualized yoga sessions that take into account your weaknesses and or injuries. Megan observed my limitations and taught me how to modify my yoga practice so that I get the best therapeutic effect and enjoyment out of my yoga sessions. When I walk out of Megans class I feel revitalized.
