  The doctor may be good but the office staff are terrible. I made three calls in two days to have a prescription for my son transferred to a more convenient pharmacy for pick up. Each time I was given a different story, and a promise that it would be taken care of, but it was never done. Finally, I was told I would have to call the pharmacy directly. (When I did that it was handled efficiently by the pharmacy.)
  I felt like the doctor's office manager was giving me the runaround, after being placed on long holds during each call. She seemed to be uncooperative or unhelpful, and would not speak with me directly. She wasted valuable time delaying an urgently needed medication. Very unacceptable customer service.
