  I love how I feel after my 6 am work out- it is a great way to start the day and I think so much clearer after my work out. Eternity is such a friendly box, people go out of their way to make you feel welcome no matter what level you are- they encourage you to go for your personal best. The coaches are well trained and knowledgeable, they are careful to challenge you but not hurt you. If for some reason I can't talk myself into getting up that early, there are classes in the afternoon so the flexibility of the schedule is great too!
